Delete phones without an active subscription
In order to maintain the servers at the optimum level and to ensure the best experience for our active users, we must delete/archive inactive phones. Once we delete a device all data is deleted permanently and only the device (empty of all data) is archived in case you want to use it again.
Once a device is not active for more than 30 days all data may be deleted at any time during a servers clean-up.
If you have on your account a phone without subscription, that is NOT archived yet, and you need information from that old phone, you can write us to help you save the data. If you need the phone, you also can make a payment and continue the monitoring. By doing this you will have also all the old data.
If you no longer need that phone and the data from it, there is no need to do anything about this.
What if I decide I want to track the device again after deleting it?
If you decide you wish to track your device again after having used this process then you will need to re-add the device onto your account and purchase a new active subscription.
Will I be able to track my device again once it has been deleted?
No, once your device is deleted using this process you will no longer be able to track or monitor your device.
Will my phone still be connected to my account after being deleted?
No, when your phone is deleted using this process it will no longer be connected to your account and all tracking and monitoring services associated with that device will cease.
Do I need to be online in order to use this process?
Yes, in order to access and use the Delete Phones without an Active Subscription Process it's necessary for you to have an internet connection.
