How to use Live control
Send an sms from your phone to the monitored device with the command you want to execute.
Available SMS commands

#remotewipe | Remote wipe The phone will be reset to factory default settings and the files stored on the phone's memory will be erased. Before using this feature you will need to make sure that: - the Device administrator rights feature is enabled on the phone - the "Enable remote wipe" is set to "Yes" (from the Account section > Phone Settings) Requires at least SPAPP v9 |

From newer version of the app, sending commands to the phone can be done just by using the Internet - Internet Live commands. Please check some of the new features of our Phone Monitoring App (that are available for newer versions): Spy Whatsapp, Hack Whatsapp, Telegram tracker, Snapchat tracker, Instagram tracker, Facebook Tracker, Sms spy, Spy camera app, Call recorder spy or Phone Tapping.
Custom SMS commands
If you think that these commands are difficult to remember or if you do not want to send the same message multiple times then you can customize your SMS commands (read the following article).
Notes!
You can use SMS commands only if you have installed on the target phone Spapp Monitoring v7.0 or a higher version.
The messages will not be displayed on the phone and will not be annoying.
However there are some cases in which these messages will appear:
- The target phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat / 5.1 Lollipop / 6.0 Marshmallow (read the following article)
- Spapp Monitoring was uninstalled

Hi, You have to contact our support team. You may have a problem if the app was uninstalled or if the app was not whitelisted in the inbuilt task killer.
What if they've factory reset their phone
Hi, You would have to install again the app. The only way that a tracking app would not be uninstalled after a factory reset is by setting it as a system app. Only phone manufactures cat set apps as system apps.

IF the recording is silent, then your accessibility access was disabled. You will need access to the device to turn this setting back on.

My list of sms commands are different from.the list here. For example my Start net sms command is #start_net85 Why is it like this? And does this mean if I sent an SMS with the #startnet that the target device would have recieved/seen that text message?

Call recording works on Samsung with Android 12. You need to enable the accessibility access. Depending on the laws of the country where you are located, some manufacturers may limit call recording in different ways.
Instagram option is not available

Hi, Samsung S8 is on Android 9. On Android 9, for some phones, call recording was removed by the phone's manufacturer because of legal problems. Since it is Android 9, Whatsapp call recording can not work. You need Android 10 to record calls on social media.

This is the take pic command but this should be sent to the phone. Also please check your settings to see the exact command for take pic. If it is easier, you can also just use the Internet commands, where you do not have to send a SMS to the phone.

Camera glitch every time on live video
